Product Description:
The ZW20-12(F) vacuum electrical sectionlizer is a new product that combines multiple functions into a single intelligent device. It incorporates the capabilities of a vacuum breaker, vacuum load switch, recloser, and sectionalizer, offering versatility and efficiency in various applications.
The main components of the Boundary Load Switch include a vacuum breaker, a CH-40 controller, and an external voltage transformer. The vacuum breaker ensures reliable interruption of the circuit, while the CH-40 controller provides advanced protection, control, and communication functions. An external voltage transformer, which is optional for distribution automation line ring networks, can be utilized for bilateral PT (potential transformer) connections.
This product finds widespread use in 10kV and 13kV city and rural power grid space ring networks. It serves as a disconnecting switch, contact switch, and automatic switch device for line load deployment in ring networks. Additionally, it can function as a boundary switch (commonly known as a watchdog) in branch power supply lines, as well as reclosers and sectionalizers in overhead distribution networks.
The vacuum electrical sectionlizer offers remote management capabilities, enabling efficient monitoring and control. It incorporates protection and control functions along with communication features, facilitating seamless integration into distribution automation systems.
The device employs reliable detection and judgment mechanisms, including the ability to detect mA-level zero-sequence current and short-circuit currents between phases.
